COVERGIRL

Dancers interested in entering the Cover Girl competition must complete the entry form and enclose an 8X10 color or black and white photo of themselves. Photos must be in good taste and should reflect the contestants age. Please print your name and studio on the back of your photo. Judging will be done by a panel of professional photographers. Winners will be selected on expression, creativity and quality. All photos will be in the program. The first place winner will be on the cover of the Utah Dance Review Program and will receive a FREE headshot photoshoot with up to 5 edited images! Winner must be able to meet at the photographers location of choice in order to claim prize. Photos will not be returned but will be available for pickup at the event.

Applications, payment, and photos are due not later than March 20th, 2021. The application fee is $35.00
